Westmark is a sourcing distributor. We do not carry a warehouse of our own inventory — we buy against your order through authorized channels, which keeps our overhead off your price and lets us quote lines a stocking house would have to special-order anyway.

Substitutions are flagged on the quote, never swapped silently. If a spec calls out a sole-source item we will quote it as specified and note the lead time.
